Less than 5% of our patients who were advised they had insufficient bone at a previous consultation actually didn’t have enough bone for full jaw dental implant reconstruction.
Full Jaw Dental Implant Solutions without Bone Grafting
There is extensive independent research spanning decades on the subject of full jaw dental implant reconstruction without bone grafting.
Some of the older, more traditional procedures you may have heard may include the Novel Protocol, All-on-4® and Teeth in a Day etc.
The Evo SolutionTM
The Evo SolutionTM technique takes advantage of existing bone, even if scarce, and avoids the need for bone grafting. On the upper jaw, two implants are placed in the pterygoid bone – an area avoided in other traditional treatment solutions.
Pterygoid implants remove cantilever pressure across the bridge, allow better load distribution across the implants. It also enables a prosthesis (bridge) which contains two additional teeth, so the patient will not see any gaps at the back of their mouth.
