Step 1 – Free clinical consultation
Taking approximately 90mins, we will answer all your questions and concerns as part of our detailed consultation.
Our advanced digital scans process allows us to gain a prognosis of your remaining teeth, along with your bone levels. With this information, we can tell you there and then if you are suitable.
Step 2 – Surgery day
This is where you receive your new smile in a day!
Arriving at 8am we will welcome you; you will be taken to your own private patient suite where your Evo nurse will answer any questions you may have about the day ahead. Then, under sedation and pain free, any
remaining teeth are extracted, and dental implants placed. Each jaw takes about 2 hours.
You will then be taken back to your comfortable private patient suite where you can relax and recover while your bespoke initial prosthesis is made in our on-site lab.
Your new ‘smile in a day’ prosthetics are placed. Leaving with your first set of fixed teeth, you return a few months later for your final set, this initial set still allows you to eat and smile as you will with your final set.

Step 3 – Twelve week review
We will assess your progress and healing twelve weeks after the initial fitting of your prosthetic, which took place on the day of your surgery.
Step 4 – Final fit
Designed by our expert engineers, made with the leading technological advances, and hand-finished by our artisan technicians, we fit your final prosthesis at 18-20 weeks. This time allows for the implants to fully integrate, then the final bridge that is reinforced, slimmer and more aesthetic is placed at this appointment.
Treatment timeline FAQs
What happens at the free clinical consultation?
During the consultation, you’ll spend time with our patient coordinators, and a clinician who will answer your questions and explain more about our smile in a day treatment. We’ll perform an advanced 3D CT scan which will enable us to fully understand your situation, including bone levels, and help us to develop a treatment plan just for you.
How long does the treatment take?
The whole treatment is performed in just one day. The surgery takes place in the morning, and in the afternoon your bespoke set of dental prostheses are manufactured on-site. They are then fitted immediately afterwards, enabling you to leave with fixed teeth on the same day!
How do I look after my new implants?
Once your new teeth are fitted, and during the subsequent follow up appointments, we’ll provide you with all the tools and instructions needed to make sure your new implants last as long as possible. We’ll provide you with a kit which includes an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, as well as special toothpaste, mouth wash and other items which will help you.
