Are you considering dental implants?

For the team at EvoDental, it’s all in a day’s work – quite literally. Our Smile in a Day solution is all that we do, day in day out, so it’s fair to say we’re experts in the field.

But why choose us for your same day teeth implants?

We are the only dentistry clinic in the UK focusing solely on full jaw and full mouth prosthetic treatments. We don’t try to be a jack of all trades clinic, and instead have invested years of research into our EvoSolution, enabling us to provide specialist treatments in a way that can’t be provided anywhere else.

We have helped thousands of people regain their confidence, and their smiles, through our one day smile solution – and we’re confident that we can help you too.

What are Smile in a Day dental implants?

Smile in a Day is another term for same day teeth implants.

So many of our patients are shocked when we tell them that our dental implants can see you coming and going from our clinic with brand-new teeth in a day.

The truth is that unlike many other dental clinics, we specialise exclusively in dental implants. The techniques we use for our EvoSolution are unique to us, and we know the procedure like the back of our hands, helping us to create your dream smile in just one sitting. Because we’re experts in what we do, the Smile in a Day cost is much less than comparable options.

When opting for our popular EvoEssential solution, you are provided with a fixed full-arch custom dental bridge which is permanently held in place by anywhere between four and six dental implants. Your permanent set of teeth will then be fitted on the same day.

Patients opting for the EvoAdvanced or EvoUltimate will still walk away with a set of fixed teeth on the day, with the final set being ready for fitting in 16 weeks’ time. The teeth that you will leave our clinic with on the day of surgery will allow you to eat and smile as normal. The purpose of the first set of teeth is to allow you to heal and prepare your mouth for the final set of teeth. This final set will be reinforced, slimmer and more aesthetically pleasing.

Regardless of the treatment you’re going for, you will never be given a temporary fix such as a denture from us.

Can anyone benefit from Smile in a Day dental implants?

There are a number of reasons why you may be considering dental implants. Perhaps you suffer from severe chronic periodontal (gum) disease, or you have undergone numerous dental procedures in the past that have no long-term prognosis of success. You may be struggling with missing teeth or have a denture that is ill-fitting and causing discomfort and embarrassment.

Whatever it is, there’s a good chance our team at EvoDental can offer you a solution. Many of our patients come to us having been let down by other dental clinics or made to feel that there is no fix for their particular problem. Often, this isn’t the case, and our highly developed Smile in a Day solution has helped thousands of people regain their self-esteem with life changing results.

Our one day dental implant treatments are versatile and can be used to help in a number of different cases. So, if you’re unsure about signing up for same day teeth implants, get in touch with our friendly patient coordinators who will be more than happy to advise.

Same-day smiles cost

The smile-in-a-day cost will differ depending on which type of dental implant you need.

  • Individual tooth implants – between £1.5 to £3.6k per single tooth implant.
  • Several individual tooth implants – the cost of single tooth implants multiplied by the number you need, with a potential discount for multiple implants (depending on the clinic.)
  • Implant-supported bridges – anywhere from £4,000 to £12,000 depending on the size of the bridge (including the number of teeth per bridge) and the clinic you attend.
  • Implant- retained dentures – ranging from £10,000 to £16,000 for both jaws. As implant-retained dentures are removed daily and include perishable housing, extra costs will be incurred later when ordering replacements.
  • All-on-four, all-on-six, smile-in-a-day dental implants – from £11,000 for a single jaw and £17,000 to £35,000 for both jaws. As a popular treatment, there are many different all-on-four processes and systems used by dentists across the UK.
  • The EvoSolution™ (the advanced alternative to all-on-four/ smile-in-a-day dental implants suitable for all patients regardless of gum disease or bone density and quality) – from £9,000 to £28,000 depending on how many jaws and which type of bridge is needed. The EvoSolution™ ensures patients leave with a new smile in one day.

When comparing the cost of one-day full-mouth implants, EvoDental offers the EvoSolution™ – an advanced and optimised solution – alongside accessible pricing and finance options that are crafted bespoke to your needs.

Smile In A Day Vs Other Treatments

EvoSolution™ the advanced alternative to smile-in-a-day dental implants Overdenture All on 4®
The smile-in-a-day treatment is completed in just one day Treatment is completed over a series of appointments, ending with a denture Treatments and bone grafting, completed over a number of visits to the clinic
Secured to the jaw with four or six implants per arch, depending on the individual case. These implants provide a strong base for a set of bespoke prosthetic teeth Using two to four mini-implants per jaw, a removable denture support is achieved Permanently secured using four implants per jaw
A bespoke prosthesis is fitted on surgery day, giving patients a brand new smile which looks and functions like natural teeth Temporary dentures used during treatment Non-permanent teeth and occasionally dentures are used for several months
Patients receive higher quality dental hygiene thanks to the design of the prosthesis and the installation protocol The bulk of dentures and heavy-duty cleaning schedule can result in poor dental hygiene Dental hygiene levels can vary depending on the fitting procedures used and experience
Implant failure risk is significantly reduced thanks to design protocols and ease of maintaining personal oral hygiene Implant failure risk increased due to removal and cleaning regimes Implant risk failure is variable, depending on fitting procedures and experience levels
Free, no-obligation consultations for all patients Could be £150+ per consultation Consultation fees regularly exceed £150+

Full mouth costs range from £17,000-£28,000 Prices start from £10,000 – £16,000 with additional ongoing housing costs All-on-four prices can come in anywhere between £17,000 – £35,000 for both jaws

Tell the difference between smile-in-a-day prices

Thanks to the range of dental clinics offering similar-sounding services, it can be hard for patients to know if the same-day smile procedure in one clinic is equivalent to that of another – and therefore struggle to accurately compare same-day smile costs.

At EvoDental, our bespoke bridges hold the maximum number of teeth that fit within the jaw and are milled and fitted on surgery day thanks to our on-site laboratories – so no patient will need to leave with temporary dentures.

Moreover, all parts to the EvoDental prices are completely transparent.

Alongside a complimentary, free 90-minute consultation, you can be sure you are considering some of the industry’s most competitive same-day smile prices. For more information, explore our pricing and finance options or contact our patient coordinators on 0800 470 3055.

Dental Implants FAQ’s

What are the benefits of the smile in a day one day dental implant procedure?

Dental implants can be used to replace an individual tooth or a full set of teeth at both the top and bottom of your mouth. Whilst traditional implants can take several months of fitting and uncomfortable denture wearing, smile in a day dental implants use a scientifically proven method to give patients a stunning smile in just one day.

We ONLY perform the EvoSolution™, a precision engineered fixed full-arch dental implant restoration.  We have completed thousands of them. This means that ALL clinical cases must require at least one full jaw correcting with dental implants and fixed teeth, we don’t offer single dental impants.

The beauty of smile in a day dental implants is that you needn’t worry about taking numerous days off work – or wasting your annual leave – to attend dental appointments. Apart from an initial consultation to discuss your needs (and for our clinicians and technicians to identify the best solution), your fixed set of teeth can be fitted in one appointment.

As well as this, they can:

  • Boost self-confidence
  • Restore your teeth and smile immediately
  • Improve your bite and speech
  • Improve your oral health

How do smile in a day dental implants work?

First things first, you will need to arrange a consultation so that the clinician can take an X-ray or impression of your upper and lower jaw. Using this they can design your implants ensuring they fit perfectly.

The Evo team will place the necessary number of implants required for the best treatment outcome in each individual case, whether this means 4, 5 or 6 implants per jaw.

Using a CBCT scan and our digital 3D software, we are able to carry out the full procedure ‘virtually’ before any surgery takes place, making any alterations that are necessary to get to the final predicted outcome. Treatment cost will not be affected by the number of implants used.

The smile in a day dental implant procedure is usually carried out under local anaesthetic or dental sedation. The clinician will replace the teeth with 4-6 implants, surgically placing them into the jawbone, we can also place implants in the Zygomatic and Pterygoid bone to anchor implants beyond the jawbone and provide stable and predictable long-term results

The surgical phase involves removing teeth and placing implants, this takes approximately 2 hour per jaw (upper or lower). This is followed by 30 minutes of bite calculation and impression taking.
You will then be taken back to your comfortable private patient suite where you can relax and recover while your bespoke initial prosthesis is made in our on-site lab. In the late afternoon your new ‘smile in a day’ prosthesis is placed. Leaving with your first set of fixed teeth, you return a few weeks later for your final set.
