April came to dentistry from a unique background in molecular ecology research, bringing a scientific and meticulous approach to her clinical practice. After qualifying in 2010, she combined her early years laying the groundwork of experience in general dentistry with raising a young family. Driven by a passion for excellence, and a commitment to continuous learning, April became a Full Member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) in 2019 and subsequently has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry in 2023.
April enjoys making patients feel comfortable and confident with their dental treatment. With her interests in occlusion and TMD, smile design and comprehensive treatment planning, April contributes to the prosthetic workflow for the implant patients at EvoDental in Liverpool where these elements are fundamental to successful outcomes. Outside EvoDental, April works at Chester Cosmetic & Dental Care, where she serves as Clinical Lead in Smile Makeovers providing restorative and clear aligner treatment for oral rehabilitation alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
April is is interested in communication and conflict resolution, health, a former long distance runner, now practices yoga, and loves nature, travel and good food.
